Risk Manager

Managing a variety of stakeholders and their expectations is a major responsibility for a risk manager. For each of the risks which are defined, Risk manager has to assign stakeholders and their importance to that particular risk. Constant review of the different opinions from each stakeholder and from different departments such as manufacturing, HR, IT, supply chain, and external issues such as environmental, insurance, legal, has to be integrated, to obtain a unified view of the risks that are present in the organisation.
